1. Contractor has the right to decline tasks that were assigned by Client.
2. Contractor is required to (a) check internal communication at least every second working day; (b) revise orders and implement feedback as long as Client is satisfied; (c) let the Client know 2 working days in advance if a deadline of an accepted task will not be met.
3. Contractor commits to the availability Contractor communicated. Contractor can change the availability anytime, as long as Contractor lets Client know 14 days in advance.
4. Contractor is obligated to meet Client’s quality standards. That means that: (a) general guidelines are met; (b) briefing items are met; (c) due date was met.
